Pokemon Game Bugs - Nintendo Gotta Find 'Em All
Financial In Market "Nintendo is aware of a minor issue in the Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire Game Boy Advance games, It affects only very minor areas of the game (such as growing berries) after one full calendar year of gameplay." Admitted Nintendo.
The bug which is not confirmed or denied as being one which will affect US and European version of the game, is easily fixed at Nintendo Service Centres with no data loss.
The minor bug apparently affects a few time specific events within the game, for instance, berries and also the lottery tickets bought at the Lilycove department store - causing them to no longer function correctly.
This is most unlike Nintendo who have a tremendous record of releasing mostly bug free software, it's good to know that Nintendo are easily fixing said bug and doing all they can to help people whom this may affect.
If the bug does affect people in the US and Europe they needn't worry yet as the game will not be a year old until March - which leaves you plenty of time for Nintendo to provide a means of correcting - if required across the USA and European regions.
