Financial In Market The Sierra Club will rally outside of events being held by the Bush Administration on Monday to shine a light on their attempts to hoodwink Americans on Earth Day. Environmentalists will gather in Wilmington, NY and Ft. Lauderdale, FL to send the message that the Administration's approach to environmental protection is deeply flawed, and that if we care about America, we should care for America as well.

Day Trading President Bush will be at Whiteface Mountain in Wilmington, NY to tout his proposals for "voluntary" emissions reductions and pollution trading schemes. Rallyers will gather to send the message that these proposals would do little to protect America's clean air and public health and will do virtually nothing to curb global warming. The Administration policy fails to adequately curb heat-trapping global warming pollution and other kinds of air pollution by allowing some factories and power plants to pollute more in return for purchasing "credits" from other facilities that are polluting less.
